Safeguarding Audits
Cleo can support schools to complete their annual audits. She has completed audits at both State and Independent schools supporting plans to develop practice that have been incorporated into the wider school’s development plan. Cleo completes audits using a systemic perspective, which aligns with a trauma informed approach.

Cleo will use an evidenced based framework to guide this process but is happy to work using the framework of the organisation. As part of the audit, Cleo will provide a report that provides RAG rated recommendations that can be followed up and reviewed.
